Rachel is currently Resident Assistant Director at the Young Vic (ACE). She graduated in 2004 and went on to work as Training and Learning Projects Manager at Graeae, directing productions as well as numerous projects with young people / community groups. She was selected for the Step Change Development programme at the National Theatre/Royal Opera House 2008-9. She has also assisted at the Young Vic, the Almeida and the Royal Court.
