This part-time evening Foundation course develops participants’ creativity and introduces essential performance techniques and styles in preparation for full-time professional training.
Classes take place three times a week on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings and focus on the main discipline areas of acting, voice and movement. As well as providing participants with a solid foundation of skills the course encourages them to become self-led, imaginative actors. The training also includes a focused audition preparation module allowing students to develop a solid process and approach to future drama school auditions.
The course covers a broad range of training techniques and performance styles to create versatile and adaptable actors who have a strong sense of individuality and identity.
