Andy trained at Mountview and later worked as Head of Construction.
Immediately after graduating he worked as a scenic carpenter, then master carpenter for the Redgrave Theatre, Farnham and then as a freelance scenic carpenter in Manchester, Worcester, Nottingham and London. Andy has also produced scenery and special effects for many tourist attractions in the UK and Europe. Prior to returning to Mountview as Director of Production, Andy was Production Manager at the Mercury Theatre, Colchester. He also leads health and safety practice at Mountview.
