At a small-town Comic Con, superfan Matt is mistaken for famous actor, Dick Chase and is thrust on stage for a live Q+A where he inadvertently implicates his hero in a series of scandals. A hilarious farce ensues, as Matt and his friend Larna attempt to salvage Dick’s reputation. If the pair are to save the day, they must swerve savage TV execs, scoop-hungry reporters, and an overzealous policeman, all while navigating the asteroid field of teenage awkardness.
