Stephen Jameson

Stephen is Artistic Director and Principal of Mountview. Before joining Mountview he was Associate Director at LAMDA where he directed over 70 plays and musicals. Having originally trained as an actor Stephen spent the first ten years of his career acting at theatres including the Old Vic, Almeida Theatre, Theatre Royal Stratford East and travelling the world with the English Shakespeare Company. As a director Stephen has created work for the Young Vic, Globe International Shakespeare Festival in Neuss, Queille Festival in Toulouse, National Theatre in Seoul and Acteer studio, Den Haag. For Mountview: Much Ado About Nothing, The Alchemist, Buster’s, Hoods, Love’s Labour’s Lost, The Producers, Dreaming America and Curtains.
