Join us for Mountview’s free BMus Piano for Theatre Taster Workshop in Bristol – a day designed to inform, inspire, and immerse you in the world of music for theatre. Get a feel for the course, take part in a practical session led by our expert team, and find out more about what it’s like to study at Mountview.
Your day will include:
- A hands-on workshop with Nicholas Chave (Course Leader BMus Piano for Theatre & Joint Head of Music) and Richard Bates (Course Leader MA/MFA Music Direction & Joint Head of Music), giving you a taste of the course content and teaching style
- A Q&A session with staff: ask about everything from student life to wellbeing and career development
This workshop is perfect for aspiring theatre pianists and musicians keen to explore music career opportunities in the theatre and commercial industries.
We encourage attendees to bring piano or theatre pieces they are currently working on to the workshop.
