Dead Dog in a Suitcase (and other love songs)

6 - 9 Mar

Macheath is getting married, the Mayor has been murdered, and so has his dog. This is a tale of political corruption and widespread injustice; a tale for our times. Mountview’s actor musicians present Kneehigh’s witty reimagining of The Beggar’s Opera.

Actor and director Paul-Ryan Carberry trained at Mountview. Recent directing credits include The Three Musketeers (St Paul’s Covent Garden), A Serious Business (Luton Library Theatre) and Healing Wounds (Wardown Park Museum). He previously directed Touched and The Nativity for Mountview.

An amateur production by arrangement with Oberon Books
