Stretch, tone and breathe in this inclusive yoga class for all levels and abilities. The mellow Hatha Yoga flow promotes wellness and will help to relax the body and mind. Yoga is a centuries-old wellbeing tradition combining repetitive movement and meditative breathing to build physical and mental strength.
These classes create a space where everyone is welcome. Led by yoga teacher Amani, a 500 hour British Wheel of Yoga certified instructor with over five years of experience teaching yoga.
This class is FREE for all attendees.
