Information for Visitors with Access Requirements
Mountview is a fully accessible building and equipped with lift access to all floors.
Gender-neutral, accessible toilets are located on the ground floor and incorporate baby-changing facilities.
Details of upcoming performances can be found on the ‘Shows’ page, together with information about content and trigger warnings.
Both of our theatres are fully accessible for anyone using a wheelchair or mobility aid.
The Mack
The Mack has two wheelchair spaces in row G (indicated with a Wheelchair symbol) which can be booked online or in person for any audience members who wish to remain in their wheelchair during the performance. Carers or any accompanying audience members should also select an adjacent seat.
All seats in row G have step-free access for any audience members who wish to transfer from their wheelchair to a seat, or those with limited mobility.
The Mack is hearing loop enabled. Audience members with a hearing aid should switch to the T position. Headsets are also available from the box office (a deposit is required). Please contact us at boxoffice@mountview.org.uk before booking if you would like to discuss any specific access requirements.
Backstage Theatre
All seats in the Backstage Theatre are unallocated.
We will reserve seats for audience members who require a wheelchair space, have limited mobility, are deaf or hard of hearing, blind or partially sighted or have any other access needs. Please indicate this online when making your booking and our box office team will contact you to discuss your specific requirements.
Mountview has very limited parking on site for disabled audience members only. Please contact us at boxoffice@mountview.org.uk or call 0208 881 2201 to arrange use of this space.
