Senior Lighting Tutor (Production Electrics)

The Senior Lighting Tutor (Production Electrics) is a key member of Mountview’s Production team. Reporting to the Head of Production (Training), the post holder is responsible for delivering lessons in lighting and supporting students on projects and production roles, as well as assessing student learning and progression and contributing to the Technical Production curriculum as a whole.

We welcome applications from candidates interested in working either full time or part time hours.

SALARY: £34,871 per annum (pro-rata for part time hours)

Finance Assistant (Fixed Term to December 2026)

The Finance Assistant is a key member of Mountview’s Finance team, supporting the recording, retrieving and reporting of financial transactions. The postholder’s responsibilities include maintaining financial records, processing payments, cash handling, petty cash management, account reconciliations and preparation of financial reports.

SALARY: Circa £32K per annum, depending on experience

Cert HE Tutor (Voice), Chelmsford (Fixed Term to April 2027)

CertHE courses provide a rigorous training that strengthens skills, nurtures talent and develops creativity. The course is offered as an opportunity to explore a range of routes including 3-year Drama School training courses, direct routes into industry, or to explore other destinations within the creative industries. The course is a creative skills journey which releases individual flair and guides students toward a vocational plan.

The CertHE Tutor (Voice) is a key member of Mountview’s CertHE team, responsible for delivering voice classes across our CertHE pathway at our partner venue in Chelmsford, assessing student learning and progression at that centre, and contributing to the development of the voice curriculum for the CertHE course across all delivery locations.

Reporting to the CertHE Course Leader, Chelmsford, the post holder will help ensure that students receive the highest possible levels of tuition, guidance and support, and that training is responsive to students’ individual development and the needs of the professional creative industries.

SALARY: Circa £32K per annum, depending on experience

Musical Director Launch Pad

Andrew Lloyd Webber Foundation and Mountview are working together to deliver the Musical Director Launch Pad: a one-year, part-time, paid development opportunity offering aspiring Musical Directors an extended learning opportunity within Mountview’s training environment. The Launch Pad participant will be embedded within the CertHE Musical Theatre course in Manchester for two terms (approximately two days per week), followed by a five-day residency at Mountview’s London campus during the summer term.

AWARD: A bursary of £5,342 plus a maintenance award of £2,348 (paid in termly instalments)

We are looking for new members to join our Development Committee, to support and champion fundraising at Mountview through the next period of our development.

We are keen to hear from applicants from any background who meet the Person Specification below, but are particularly interested in hearing from individuals with one or more of the following areas of expertise:

Private Equity
Tech Industry
Global Family Offices
Those with strong connections to Trusts & Foundations
Those with a strong connection to Peckham and its surrounding areas, including East Dulwich, Dulwich Village and Herne Hill
