Mountview is one of the UK’s leading drama schools. We offer professional vocational training at Foundation, Undergraduate and Postgraduate level in performance and production arts, alongside evening, weekend and holiday classes for all.

We present around 25 productions across the year including classic plays, new writing and musicals, and our studios, meeting rooms, theatres and workspace are available to hire.

Development Committee Members

We are looking for new members to join our Development Committee, to support and champion fundraising at Mountview through the next period of our development.

We are keen to hear from applicants from any background who meet the Person Specification below, but are particularly interested in hearing from individuals with one or more of the following areas of expertise:

Banking / Finance
Law
Private Equity
Tech Industry
Global Family Offices
Those with strong connections to Trusts & Foundations
Those with a strong connection to Peckham and its surrounding areas, including East Dulwich, Dulwich Village and Herne Hill

Senior Movement Tutor (FIXED TERM TO JULY 2025, 0.6 FTE)

The Senior Movement Tutor is a key member of the Movement team at Mountview, primarily responsible for the delivery of movement lessons across the Acting, Actor Musician and Musical Theatre pathways, as well as assessing student learning and progression in this area, and contributing to the delivery and development of the movement curriculum as a whole.

Reporting to the Head of Movement, and working closely with the 2nd Senior Movement Tutor and other Senior Tutors across Performance disciplines, the post holder will ensure that students receive the highest possible levels of tuition, guidance and support, and that tuition is responsive to students’ individual development and the needs of the professional creative industries.

SALARY: Circa £31K per annum, pro rata, depending on experience.

Joint Course Leader, MA Performance

The Joint Course Leader, MA Performance, is a key member of Mountview’s postgraduate team, responsible for the strategic development, planning, delivery and day-to-day running of the MA Performance programme.

Reporting to the Head of Postgraduate Training, and working closely with other MA Course Leaders and Heads of Performance and Theatre Production Arts disciplines, the post holder will ensure that students receive the highest possible levels of tuition, guidance and support, and that tuition is responsive to students’ individual development and the needs of the professional creative industries.

SALARY: Circa £41K per annum, depending on experience.
