'Black In The Day' Event Invites to Submit Pictures From the Family Archive

Black In The Day is a submission-based photo archive documenting the lives and experiences of Black people in the UK. This Scanning Social invites you to bring your own personal photographs showing any aspect of Black life in the UK for Black In The Day to scan and add to their growing archive documenting Black presence in Britain.
Don’t have any photographs? Don’t worry! Black in the Day will also be sharing some of the images they’ve archived so far. There will also be a DJ and a chance for you to have your own polaroid portrait taken too.
The event takes place in Mountview on Friday October 2 from 6-10pm.
