Opportunities

Students often receive tickets to West End productions and benefit from masterclasses and Q&A events from leading actors and theatre creatives. Graham Norton, Craig Parkinson, Rosalie Craig, Roy Williams, Mike Leigh and Dame Judi Dench have all given recent masterclasses.

In addition to their formal study, students have recently represented Mountview by singing with Michael Ball and Alfie Boe at the O2 and on ITV, performing in the ITV Charity Gala at the London Palladium with Britian’s Got Talent winner Tokio Myers, as the Ensemble in West Side Story at the BBC Proms at the Royal Albert Hall, and as finalists at the Carlton Hobbs Awards, the Spotlight Prize, The Wanamaker Festival and as winners of the Lillian Baylis Award and Young Scottish Musical Theatre Performer of the Year.

Our Theatre Production Arts students have, among many other opportunities, worked with animatronics on Wicked, designed light installations on houseboats and worked backstage at Standon Calling Festival and on The Voice.
