Board

Jess Vince-Moin is proud to join Mountview’s Board as an Alumni Trustee after its landmark 80th year, having graduated with Distinction in 2024 from the Master of Performance (Acting).

Jess is an Australian actor, voice-over artist, theatre-maker, and educator, with a longstanding passion for arts education and access for young people – particularly in rural communities. Holding a Bachelor of Performing Arts, a Graduate Diploma in Education (Secondary) and Qualified Teacher Status in the UK, Jess has extensive experience delivering Drama education in diverse educational contexts across London, and New South Wales, Australia. Alongside this, Jess has taught Speech & Drama as an extra-curricular discipline for almost two decades and holds a Certificate in Drama & Performance Australia (High Distinction) from the Australian Music Examinations Board (AMEB).

As an actor, Jess is drawn to work that centres queer and women’s voices, invites collaborative creation and humour, and challenges the status quo, and looks forward to supporting Mountview’s future while advocating for the next generation of artists and storytellers.
