Nicholas is a Mountview trained musical director, composer and arranger, having previously studied at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance. Credits as musical director include: Heathers, Dogfight, and The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (Mountview), Café Nation (world premiere, Cockpit Theatre), No Way To Treat A Lady (UK Revival, Landor Theatre), Little Red Riding Hood, Hansel & Gretel, and Cinderella & The Glass Slipper (Hertford Theatre), Pendragon and Honk! (Theatre Royal, Bury St. Edmunds), and ENCORE: 40 Years of NYMT (Adelphi Theatre).
As a composer, Nicholas composed and recorded a new musical Out Of The Lens, in collaboration with writer David Kingsmill, which was presented at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe 2014, Waterloo East Theatre and Musical Works in Concert, Toronto, Canada.
