Announcing the Wyld Tamashii scholarship
10 Jun 26
We are delighted to announce a new full-fees scholarship for our Production Arts courses.
The Wyld Tamashii Scholarship will support one student to complete a two-year FdA in either Stage Management or Technical Production, covering the full cost of tuition fees. The scholarship will also fund an additional year of study should the recipient choose to progress to the BA Top-Up programme.
Established to widen participation in production arts training, the scholarship aims to support talented students from communities that remain underrepresented within the arts and entertainment industries.
The scholarship is open to applicants from British Pakistani, British Bangladeshi, British Afghan and British Somali backgrounds who are experiencing financial hardship. In accordance with the scholarship’s founding criteria, particular consideration will be given to applicants of Islamic faith.
Through this generous support, we are able to further expand access to professional training and help develop the next generation of production arts practitioners.
How To Apply
To be considered for the scholarship, suitable candidates must:
- Have been offered a place on Mountview’s two-year FdA in Technical Production or Stage Management course commencing in September 2026.
- Be a UK / Republic of Ireland based student (overseas students are eligible for other scholarships made available at Mountview).
- Have submitted a complete Scholarship Request Form, to be sent by Mountview’s Admissions & Registry Team to all applicants who’ve been offered a place.
Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed and selected by a panel.
