Dame Rosemary is one of the leading figures in British theatre having co-founded the Ambassador Theatre Group in 1992 and then Trafalgar Entertainment where she is currently Joint CEO and Executive Chair.

TE is an award-winning global live-entertainment business focussed on new productions, venue operations, live music and comedy, events and hospitality, Performing Arts education, ticketing, the distribution and filming of event cinema and TV live-streaming innovative content and the provision of great spaces where people can come together to share in the experience of live entertainment. TE is home to Trafalgar Theatres (with 21 venues in London, Sydney, and across the UK), Trafalgar Theatre Productions, Trafalgar Releasing, Stagecoach Performing Arts, Drama Kids, Trafalgar Tickets, London Theatre Direct, Stagedoor, Jonathan Church Theatre Productions, and Imagine Theatre. 

Dame Rosemary is the only woman to have won the EY UK Entrepreneur of the Year Award and received an OBE and Damehood for Services to Theatre. She was a National Member of the Arts Council England Board, Chair of the Board for Sonia Friedman Productions, Joint Chair of The Hall for Cornwall, and Chair of Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts. Rosemary also chaired two major appeals raising nearly £20m for Great Ormond Street Hospital. 

As President of SOLT, Rosemary became the second only female President in the organisation’s history. Rosemary and her husband Howard were awarded the Freedom of the City of London in recognition of their contribution to theatre and the cultural life of London.
