Video
MONDAY EVENINGS | 17:30-20:30
The Young Actors Workshop is the flagship of Mountview’s ENGAGE programme. It provides an introduction to studying in a professional drama school and is the perfect environment for the next generation of actors/creatives to challenge themselves and develop their artistic process.
Working with professional actors, directors and writers the Young Actors Workshop is the place for the next generation of performers to:
- develop skills
- understand an actor’s process
- explore ideas and create new and innovative theatre
Classes focus on core acting skills while allowing creativity and an artistic instinct to develop. Content will vary from term to term but students can expect to work on: Truth & Connection | Improvisation | Character Development | Text | Audition Technique for Theatre and TV | Actor’s Voice & Movement | Digital Media
Workshops are split into age groups 15-18 years and 19-24 years, and fees are £160 per term.
