Director & Book

Martha is a director and writer. She wrote the book for hit musical Babies, nominated for Best New Musical at the 2025 WhatsOnStage Awards.

Director credits include: Babies, In Pieces, Jane (The Other Palace), In the Land of Eagles, Agatha (Pleasance), Merrily We Roll Along, The UN Inspector (Mountview), 9 to 5 (Arts Ed), Romeo and Juliet, Macbeth, The Tempest (YSC), Hamlet, Twelfth Night (RCSSD), Babies: The Staged Concert (Lyric Theatre), Legally Blonde (Italia Conti). As Tour Director: The Shark is Broken (UK & Ireland tour).

Associate Director credits include: The Producers, The Bridges of Madison County, She Loves Me, Indecent, The Lie (Menier Chocolate Factory), Fiddler on the Roof (Playhouse Theatre, Olivier Award for Best Musical Revival), Love in Idleness (Apollo Theatre), Identical (Lowry/Nottingham), The Book Thief (Curve/Belgrade), The God of Carnage (TR Bath), West Side Story, Top Hat (Kilworth).

Martha’s new musical, Every Day, premiered at Birmingham Hippodrome in summer 2026.

Music & Lyrics

Jack is a musical theatre composer, lyricist and writer. He wrote Babies with Martha Geelan; it played a sell-out six-week run at The Other Palace, London, in 2024 to critical acclaim. His musical 42 Balloons premiered at The Lowry, Salford, in 2024, winning him The Stage Debut Award, and both shows were nominated at the 2025 WhatsOnStage Awards. Hot Mess premiered at the 2025 Edinburgh Fringe, winning a Fringe First, before transferring to Southwark Playhouse and The Other Palace. He studied Theology at Durham University and Musical Theatre at Goldsmiths.

Musical Director

Isabella is a musical director with a passion for new writing. She graduated from an MA in Musical Direction at Mountview in 2025. Recent credits include Deputy MD/Keys for Our Eyes Looking for God (Northern Opera/Barbican), Musical Supervisor & MD/Arranger for Remember, Remember! (Pleasance, Hull Truck), MD for Seussical (London College of Music), Keys 1 for Snow White (Marlowe Theatre), MD/Orchestrator for A Lesbian Love Story (London/Singapore), and MD/ Arranger for Of Earth And Quill (Cockpit Theatre, Tête à Tête Opera).

Musical Director

Livs is a musical director, Composer and Arranger. In 2024 she completed her Masters in Musical Direction at Mountview, graduating with distinction. Whilst training she was Keys 1/Conductor for Big Fish (Mountview). Recent credits as Associate Musical Director: Fame (Theatre Royal Plymouth) and Footballers’ Wives (Assembly Rooms, Edinburgh). As Musical Director: Police Cops the Musical (Workshop) and Public the Musical (Leicester Curve). As Deputy Keys: Operation Mincemeat (UK tour).

Choreographer

Sam's Choreographer credits include: In Pieces (The Other Palace), Just So (Birmingham Hippodrome), Frankenstein (Greenwich Theatre), Carrie (Mountview), West End Does: Hollywood (Carnegie Hall). Associate Choreographer credits include: A Life in Four Seasons (As Associate Director also, Regents Park Open Air Theatre), Disney’s Freaky Friday (Manchester HOME), To Wong Foo: The Musical (Hope Mill Theatre) and Pop Icons (Marella Cruises). Resident Director credits include: &Juliet (UK tour) and Bring It On (Southbank Centre).

Set Designer

George is a performance designer working across film and theatre. As Designer, credits include: Babies, Merrily We Roll Along, Godspell, Faustus: That Damned Woman and The UN Inspector (Mountview), Phantom of the Opera, Urinetown (ArtsEd), Talking Heads (White Bear Theatre), Bonnie and Clyde, Pinocchio (Old Joint Stock Theatre), Paper Stars (BYMT) and Much Ado About Nothing (Changeling Theatre). Assistant credits include: Practical Magic 2, Slow Horses, The Devil Wears Prada, Starlight Express and Back to the Future.

Lighting Designer

Alex designs lighting for theatre and opera across the UK and Internationally.

Most notably Home at Chichester Festival Theatre, Figaro the Musical (London Palladium), The Forsyte Saga – Part 1 & 2 (Swan Theatre – RSC / Park Theatre) and The White Factory (Marylebone Theatre).

Alex has been nominated for two Offie Awards for Best Lighting Design.

Other venues include Soho Playhouse - New York, Wolly Mammoth Theatre - Washington DC, The Sailsbury Playhouse, The Lowry - Salford and the Birmingham Hippodrome.

Alex's work at Mountview includes Next to Normal, Come From Away, Carrie, Tipping the Velvet, Emilia and other shows.

Sound Designer

Ollie graduated from Rose Bruford Collage in 2012 after studying BA in Performance Sound. Sound designs include: Shockheaded Peter, Peter Pan and The Grain Store (Mountview), There’s a City in My Mind (Rose Bruford College), Cold Pouring (National Centre for Circus Arts). Associate Sound Designer: Teenage (Theatre Clwyd). Alongside sound designing Ollie has worked as Head of Sound for The Luna Cinema and Production Sound Engineer on multiple theatre shows and immersive events.

Alchemation

Alchemation is a producing and management company founded by three-time Tony Award-Winning producer Kevin McCollum (Rent, Avenue Q, In the Heights). With teams in New York and London, Alchemation's productions encompass a wide variety of new work and world-famous titles. Productions include: The Devil Wears Prada, Oh Mary!, SIX, The Play That Goes Wrong, Mrs. Doubtfire, Two Strangers (Carry a Cake Across New York), Motown: The Musical, Black Swan, and Something Rotten!.
