In summer 2026, as part of our commitment to our local community and to dismantling barriers to arts engagement, Mountview will offer a free place on each of the following courses to an eligible Southwark resident:
- Summer Intensive: Musical Theatre (15-17)
- Summer Intensive: Acting (18+)
- Summer Intensive: Musical Theatre (18+)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Southwark Resident
- Annual household income of less than £28,000
- Availability for and commitment to the full course duration
If you meet these criteria and would like to apply for a free place, please follow these steps:
- Complete and submit the free place application form here first,
- Once you have submitted your free place application, please complete and submit the application form for the relevant course.
Applications for free places will close two months before the start of each course
Eligible candidates will then be entered into a lottery system, and all applicants will be informed about the outcome within 3 days of this date.

- Any individual is only eligible for one free place on Mountview’s Summer Programme per three-year period.
