1. Cancellations
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, customers normally have 14 days to cancel an online order. However, this does not apply to made-to-order products, which make up the majority of our merchandise. Once production has started, we are unable to accept cancellations or returns if you change your mind.
2. Faulty or Damaged Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
