Welcome to the lush, rolling hills of Arcadia – where wine flows, sheep graze, and the Royal Family is about to have their world turned upside down.

When a cryptic prophecy threatens the kingdom, the Royals embark on a riotous quest packed with defiance, desire, and a whole lot of heart. Fueled by the hits of 1980s rock icons The Go-Go’s – including “We Got the Beat,” “Our Lips Are Sealed,” and “Heaven is a Place on Earth” – this is not your average fairy tale.

Based on Sir Philip Sidney’s The Arcadia, with a book by Jeff Whitty and adaptation by James Magruder, this unapologetically bold, hilarious and effervescent story is performed by our MA Musical Theatre students with full-throttle energy.

Expect chaos. Expect love. Expect the unexpected. And possibly a sheep or two.

This production features strobe lighting, scenes of a sexual nature and language which may cause offence.

Head Over Heels is presented by special arrangement with Broadway Licensing Global. (www.broadwaylicensing.com)
