Director

James is Co-Artistic Director of Kandinsky Theatre Company and a Complicité Associate.

Movement Director and Intimacy Support

Steve teaches movement at many of the country’s leading Drama Schools.

He trained at Mountview and has honed his skills over the last twenty years in numerous scripted, devised and physical theatre productions as a performer, co-creator and director notably working with Rufus Norris, John Cleese and Jenny Sealey.

In his role as Movement Director and Support at Mountview he has been involved with productions including Nativity, Richard II and Marat Sade.

Steve’s previous projects included creating a piece of devised theatre with students at Drama Studio London.

Costume Designer

Kat studied costume design at Wimbledon College of Art.

Before Mountview she worked at the Royal Opera House in the costume department and has over 10 years’ experience in a variety of costume roles in ballet, opera, musicals, plays and film.

She designed the costumes for Carrie and Against (Mountview) and has been a costume supervisor at Mountview since May 2023. Credits include: 55 Days, Steel Pier, Her Naked Skin, Next to Normal and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.

Lighting Designer

Mark’s credits include: Once, Clybourne Park and Betty Blue Eyes (first national tours), Tony! Tony Blair the Rock Opera (Harry Hill and Stephen Brown), Sizwe Banzi is Dead (Mast Mayflower Made), The Standard Short Long Drop (nominated for Offie Best Lighting Design – The Vanguard (Camden), Ken (Terry Johnson and Hampstead), House and Garden (The Watermill), Return to the Forbidden Planet (25th Anniversary tour), Don’t Look Now (nominated for Offie Best Lighting Design – Queen’s Theatre), Michael Morpurgo’s Butterfly Lion (Kenwright), Dell Computers Gala (Buenos Aires), The Full Monty, The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas, Oliver! (Bermuda City Hall), working with Willy Russell on Educating Rita and Breezeblock Park (Liverpool Playhouse), Shirley Valentine (Royal Court Liverpool), David Copperfield, Pride and Prejudice, Farm Boy, The Hired Man and Kissing Sid James (New York E59) and numerous pantomimes for Evolution Productions.

Sound Designer

Sonum is a musical director, composer and sound designer.
