The Lover

Board

Directed by
Kieran McCarthy-Hoare

This quirky, tense, intriguing one-act by Harold Pinter examines the private intricacies of modern marriage. Richard and Sarah conduct themselves with apparent respectability in the mornings, whilst living out a sequence of erotic rituals in the afternoons.

Like any of Pinter’s works, this one-act contains the laughs, tears, and tensions that arise from the social intricacies of modern life.
