Director

Steve is Mountview's Joint Head of Acting.

As an actor and director, he worked with companies including the Young Vic, Trestle Theatre Co, The Royal Court, and English Shakespeare Company.

Directing credits at Mountview include: A Midsummer Night's Dream, Our Country's Good, Swallows and Amazons, Coram Boy, Nell Gwyn, Once, The Caucasian Chalk Circle and The Merry Wives of Windsor.

Musical Director

James’ credits include: Yank! The Musical (Charing Cross Theatre), Alice in Sunderland (National Theatre Workshop), Ushers (Arts Theatre/The Other Palace), The Mystery of Edwin Drood (Arts Theatre), The Sound of Music (national tour, AMD), Into the Woods (LAMDA). He has conducted in the Festival Hall and at Abbey Road Studios, and works regularly with the Southbank Centre, Shakespeare’s Globe, The Young Vic, and on the London cabaret circuit.

Choreographer

Charlie's directing and choreography credits include Four Play (The King’s Head), S.O.H.O (film workshop, dir. John Stephenson), Alice by Heart (Wilkes Academy), Carrie (LIPA), Cinderella (Italia Conti), Urinetown (Mountview), Heathers and Mary Poppins (Mountview).

Associate and resident credits include Resident Director on the Chicago (UK tour), Associate Director/Choreographer on Kathy and Stella Solve a Murder, and Resident Choreographer on the Waitress (UK tour).

As a performer, their credits include Frau Kost in Cabaret (Lido Paris), Waitress, Matilda (both UK tours), Kathy Seldon in Singin’ in the Rain (Cork Opera House), Billy Elliot (West End/UK tour), Anything Goes (Kilworth House), Singin’ in the Rain (Original West End Company), West Side Story (World/ UK tours), and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat (UK tour).
