FACILITIES MANAGER

The Facilities Manager will be a key member of Mountview’s Venue and Estates team, comprising Facilities, Venue Operations and Theatre Technical Management. Reporting to the Venue and Estates Director, and line managing the Deputy Facilities Manager and Cleaning Supervisor, the post holder will be primarily responsible for overseeing building maintenance, services and resources; managing health and safety compliance, auditing and reporting site-wide; and ensuring that all areas of Mountview’s new premises are safe, clean, welcoming and fit for purpose at all times.

SALARY: Circa £35K per annum, depending on experience

LIGHTING AND SOUND ASSISTANT

The Lighting and Sound Assistant will be a key member of Mountview’s Production Arts team, primarily responsible for helping realise the lighting and sound requirements of Mountview productions, projects and events across the year; for supporting lighting and sound students on production roles; and for assisting in the assessment of student learning and progression in this area.

SALARY: Circa £24K per annum, depending on experience

STAGE MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT 

The Stage Management Assistant will be a key member of Mountview’s Production Arts team, primarily responsible for helping realise the stage management requirements of Mountview productions, projects and events across the year; for supporting stage management students on production roles; and for assisting in the assessment of student learning and progression in this area.

SALARY: Circa £24K per annum, depending on experience

BOX OFFICE MANAGER

The Box Office Manager will be a key member of Mountview’s new front of house team, comprising Box Office, Duty Managers, Ushers, Security Officers and Venue Assistants. Reporting to the Head of Press and Marketing, the post holder will be primarily responsible for managing and supervising Box Office sales, services and staff, acting as a vital link between Mountview’s audiences, visitors and building users.

SALARY: Circa £26K per annum, depending on experience

PROGRAMME MANAGER

The Programme Manager is a key member of Mountview’s administrative team. Reporting to the Senior Programme Manager, the post holder will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation and efficient administration of the academic programmes, and for the provision of a professional and proactive support service to staff, students, prospective students and visitors.

SALARY: Circa £28-30K per annum, depending on experience
