Senior Acting Tutor

The Senior Acting Tutor is a key member of the Acting team at Mountview, primarily responsible for the delivery of acting lessons across the Acting, Actor Musicianship and Musical Theatre pathways, as well as assessing student learning and progression in this area, and contributing to the delivery and development of the acting curriculum as a whole.

Reporting to the Head of Acting, and working alongside the 2nd Senior Acting Tutor and other Senior Tutors, the post holder will ensure that students receive the highest possible levels of tuition, guidance and support, and that tuition is responsive to students’ individual development and the needs of the professional creative industries.

SALARY: Circa £28-29K per annum, depending on experience

LIGHTING AND SOUND TUTOR (9 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT)

The Lighting and Sound Tutor is a key member of Mountview’s Production Arts team, supporting technical training on the full range of courses, providing practical technical support to students, and helping realise the lighting, sound and digital production requirements of productions, projects and events across the academic calendar.

SALARY: Circa £26-27K per annum, depending on experience

Wardrobe Supervisors (2 Posts)

The Wardrobe Supervisors are key members of Mountview’s Production Arts team, supporting the Wardrobe Manager with all aspects of sourcing, maintaining and altering/making costumes, and supervising the costume requirements of allocated productions, projects and events across the academic calendar. The post holders will also be jointly responsible for assisting in the day-to-day running of the Wardrobe department, deputising for the Wardrobe Manager in their absence.

SALARY: Circa £26K per annum, depending on experience
