Senior Stage Management Tutor (Fixed Term to August 2026)

The Senior Stage Management Tutor is a key member of Mountview’s Production team, primarily responsible for delivering lessons in stage management and supporting students on production roles, as well as assessing student learning and progression in this area and contributing to the delivery and development of the Stage Management curriculum as a whole.

Reporting to the Heads of Stage Management Training, the post holder will help realise the stage management requirements of productions, projects and events across the academic calendar, and ensure that students receive the highest possible levels of tuition, guidance and support, and that tuition is responsive to students’ individual development and the needs of the professional creative industries.

SALARY: £34,871 per annum

Duty Manager (Casual Roles)

Duty Managers are key members of Mountview’s Facilities & Operations team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, and working on a rota basis to cover a busy 7-day operation from early morning through to late evening, post holders are responsible for supervising day-to-day building operations, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and resource provision; the smooth running of shows, events and hires; and the health and safety of staff, students, clients, tenants and visitors at all times.

SALARY: £15.13 per hour, plus annual leave accrued at 12.07% of hours worked in a pay period and paid monthly in addition to wages

Senior Singing Tutor

The Senior Singing Tutor is a key member of Mountview’s Performance team, responsible for the delivery of individual and group singing lessons, contributing to the delivery and development of the singing curriculum as a whole, and providing pastoral care to a number of personal tutees.

Reporting to the Heads of Singing, and working closely with other staff across Performance disciplines, the post holder will ensure that students receive the highest possible levels of tuition, guidance and support, and that tuition is responsive to students’ individual development and the needs of the professional creative industries.

We welcome applications from candidates interested in working either full time or part time hours.

SALARY: Circa £34K per annum, depending on experience (pro-rata for part time hours)

Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is a key member of Mountview’s Facilities & Operations team, comprising Operations, Facilities, IT and the Welcome Desk. Reporting to the Head of Facilities & Operations, and working closely with the Facilities team, IT Technician, Production team and Sales & Events team, the post holder is responsible for overseeing day-to-day building operations, services and resources; supporting the smooth running of shows, events, hires and other activities; and ensuring the health and safety of staff, students, clients, tenants and visitors at all times.

SALARY: Circa £37K per annum, depending on experience

Assistant Facilities Manager

The Assistant Facilities Manager is a key member of Mountview’s Facilities & Operations team, responsible for managing Housekeeping staff and assisting the Facilities Manager in supervising the Premises Officers and Building Maintenance Technician. The postholder will also have responsibility for supervising contractors, including managing selected projects, and assisting with the day-to-day management of health and safety matters, helping to ensure that all areas of the site are clean, safe, warm, welcoming and fit for purpose at all times.

SALARY: Circa £32K per annum, depending on experience

Technician (Stage Bias)

Technicians are key members of Mountview’s Production department, which comprises both training and technical staff. Reporting to the Head of Production (Technical), and supervised day-to-day by the Technical Managers, the Technician (Stage Bias) is responsible for helping facilitate the technical requirements of, and providing technical support to, in-house and visiting productions, projects and events.

SALARY: £31,462 per annum
