Charlotte studied Theatre and Performance at Leeds University.

Her career began directing Love and Information (Stage@Leeds) and assisting on Boys (Edinburgh Fringe 2016). She then directed an immersive performance of Passion Play and an immersive adaptation of The Magus. Since joining Mountview she has assistant directed Lobster (Theatre503), Welcome To Thebes, Chicken Soup with Barley (Mountview), A Raisin in the Sun (Karamel), The Last Tragedy (Bread&Roses) and directed Bad Jews (Mountview) and radio play Benchmarks.
