Six Characters Looking for an Author

19 - 27 Mar

Director Rupert Hands
Set and Costume Designer Cory Shipp
Lighting Designer Peter Harrison

“Distrust your reality…”

As a cast of actors prepares to rehearse in our theatre, they are interrupted by the arrival of six strangers. Their claim: they are characters from an unfinished play, searching for an author to complete their story…

A daringly mischievous take on the profound absurdist classic, performed by Mountview’s Acting students.

Duration: 90 minutes approx. no interval

Six Character Looking for an Author features haze, vaping, strong language, themes of violence, sexual assault and suicide, a loud gunshot effect and an extended blackout.

This amateur production is presented by arrangement with ‘A New Miller Ltd’
