Manuel is a young man posing for a portrait commissioned by his mother, international film star Soledad Montero. As the painter starts to interrogate him in order to get to know him as a subject, Manuel’s true feelings, past traumas and ugly family truths start to pour out of him.

Duration: 45 minutes

Features strong language, homophobia and violence.

Diego is a Mexican theatre producer based in London. He has experience as assistant producer, SM, DSM and general producer in Mexican commercial theatre. Credits include RENT (2016), The Last Five Years (2017-2018), 13 The Musical (2019) and I Love You to the Moon (2021). He is currently Production Manager at the Cervantes Theatre and owns his theatre company Spicy Q Productions.
