Diana Goodman lives an idyllic suburban life with her family. But beneath the sunny exterior there are battling undercurrents of trauma and mental illness, slowly drawing everyone into the enveloping chaos.
Next to Normal is a powerful rock musical that boldly explores themes of love, grief and loss. With a gripping score by Tom Kitt and lyrics by Brian Yorkey, this production is brought to life by our Musical Theatre cohort.
