Lucy is a director specialising in work with actor-musicians.

She won the 2022 OFFIE for Best Director for her production of Lone Flyer (Jermyn Street Theatre).

Lucy is a Creative Associate at the Watermill Theatre, Newbury. She was part of the Mid-Career Directing Development Programme at Chichester Festival Theatre.

Directing credits include: Rapunzel (Watermill Theatre), Lone Flyer (Watermill Theatre/Hull Truck/Jermyn Street Theatre), The Wizard of Oz (Chichester Festival Theatre) and Caligari (New Diorama Theatre/Underbelly Untapped Award winner).
