Director

Tian is a British-Caribbean theatre director, movement director, producer and dramaturg whose work champions diverse voices on and off stage and in positions of power and leadership. Tian mainly works with Global Majority and D/deaf and disabled communities. Passionate about representation and accessibility, she creates bold ensemble-led and immersive theatre exploring socio-political themes. Her work spans venues including the Young Vic, Almeida Theatre, Globe Theatre, Southbank Centre, Southwark Playhouse and Theatre503, where she also serves as a Trustee.

Costume Designer

Kat studied costume design at Wimbledon College of Art.

Before Mountview she worked at the Royal Opera House in the costume department and has over 10 years’ experience in a variety of costume roles in ballet, opera, musicals, plays and film.

She designed the costumes for Carrie and Against (Mountview) and has been a costume supervisor at Mountview since May 2023. Credits include: 55 Days, Steel Pier, Her Naked Skin, Next to Normal and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.

Lighting Designer

Alex designs lighting for theatre and opera across the UK and Internationally.

Most notably Home at Chichester Festival Theatre, Figaro the Musical (London Palladium), The Forsyte Saga – Part 1 & 2 (Swan Theatre – RSC / Park Theatre) and The White Factory (Marylebone Theatre).

Alex has been nominated for two Offie Awards for Best Lighting Design.

Other venues include Soho Playhouse - New York, Wolly Mammoth Theatre - Washington DC, The Sailsbury Playhouse, The Lowry - Salford and the Birmingham Hippodrome.

Sound Designer

Sonum is a musical director, composer and sound designer.

Recent credits as Composer/Sound Designer include: Lost Girl (The Lowry), Kailey (Kerry Wright Productions), Spiders (Bush Theatre), One Punch (Hull Truck Studio), Northbound Boy (King’s Theatre), The Watsons, The Art of Success, The Merry Wives of Windsor and Blue Stockings (Mountview), Iloya (Utopia), Ladies Unleashed (Hull Truck), Favour (Bush Theatre).

Recent credits as Composer and/or Musical Director include: Pride and Prejudice (Bolton Octagon), King Lear and As You Like It (East London Shakespeare Festival), Operation Beach Hut, Jennie Lee and Red Sky at Night (Mikron Theatre), Lumberjills (Capitol Theatre), Arabian Nights (Hoxton Hall), Relativity (Finborough Theatre), Not the End of the World (Edinburgh Fringe), and A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Warhorse Theatre Works).
