MA Creative Producing 2024/25

Chloe Bacon

Chloe is a producer and writer based in London and Lincolnshire. Whilst studying at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, she undertook a placement where she fell in love with producing, and was inspired to join the MA Creative Producing course at Mountview. Chloe is interested in producing stories that focus on female and non-binary experiences through new writing, musical and dance based productions. Her previous credits include: Intangible (2021), Igniton (2022), and Giraffe (2025).

 

Nico Bowden

Nico is a creative producer from Manchester, currently based in London. After receiving an undergraduate degree in Law, Nico has gone on to pursue her passion for theatre at Mountview. Studying Creative Producing, Nico is dedicated to bringing global majority voices to the forefront. With care, dedication and curiosity at the core of Nico’s artistry, her goal to uplift these stories has never been more within reach.

 

Victoria Lee

Victoria is a producer, director and occasional writer for hire. She is especially interested in musical theatre and comedy. Vicky is the founder and Executive Producer of Independence Productions. Having spent five years running IP and producing in university theatre societies, she is excited to scale up her work and make even more exciting theatrical experiences for people to enjoy! 

 

Saoirse McCarron

Saoirse is a creative producer from the North East of England. Whilst studying at the University of Bristol, she received the John Lavender Award for the most consistent and outstanding contribution to the technical backup required by departmental theatre productions. In developing her Creative Producing at Mountview, Saoirse strives to produce stories about those who are misrepresented and misunderstood.

 

Chanel McKenzie

Chanel is a Writer/Producer from the West Midlands. Interested in queer new writing, dystopian theatre and experimental work. Credits include, I am a Catfish (Drayton Arms Theatre), Planet Baby Steal (Theatre 503) and Check the CCTV (Golden Goose Theatre).

 

 

Conor O’Kane

Conor is from Belfast, Ireland. He is interested in immersive, dance theatre drawing from existentialism and surrealism.

 

 

Vittorio Parri

Vittorio is a Swiss-Italian Theatre maker, Producer and Director based in London. Interested in new writing, physical theatre and human psychology, he is co-founder of Migraine Theatre Company. His credits includes: Valchera’s (Assistant Director 2024, Cockpit Theatre), The Monkey (Producer and Director, 2024, Courtyard Theatre), The Sea Between (2022) and and Out of Love (2021) (Baron’s Court Theatre).

 

Ula Poloch

Ula is a producer creating topical and inspiring theatre about themes of identity. She is a co-founder of Wiśnia Wala Collective, a home for visual and performance-based artists to collaborate across disciplines. Her credits include: an extended Music Video with a Vienna-based COSMOS band, a multilingual concert Quilted Beats: Voices of the Diaspora and Deadline a musical.

 

Monica Rutherford

Monica is a producer from London. She is interested in Musical Theatre as well as exploring the use of music within theatre. Her credits whilst producing include Pranks (Short film), A Point of No Return: a Murder Whodunnit and The Addams Family

 

Holly Stocker

Holly is a producer and theatre-maker who studied Contemporary Theatre and Performance at UAL. She creates inclusive, exploratory work that reflects the complexity of being human. Her credits include Memory Police (Prague Quadrennial), A Measure of the Sea, Pranks (Short film), Golden Days, and Memory Lane. Her practice centres on curiosity, collaboration, and meaningful storytelling.

 

Mary Lee Wallin

Mary is a London-based creative producer and writer, dedicated to experimental theatre and cross-cultural storytelling. With a background in dance, performance, and multicultural studies, Mary creates work that bridges Eastern philosophy and contemporary Western life. Metamorphosis embodies her interest in identity, reality, and healing, encouraging audiences to explore the space between illusion and truth.

 

Cilia Wang

Cilia is a versatile theatre producer, publicist, and creative strategist with a strong foundation in theatre production and marketing. She combines storytelling with strategic insight, bringing clarity and creativity to every project. Passionate about socially engaged, community-focused work, she is committed to producing meaningful, thought-provoking narratives that inspire connection and dialogue.
