Froniga started her career working as an events manager in a variety of not-for-profit organisations, most notably as Head of Venue Hire at Southbank Centre for 11 years. She moved into Higher Education with an operations role at King’s College London, and then ‘closed the circle’ by becoming Chief Operating Officer at National Centre for Circus Arts, which is both an arts organisation and a Higher Education provider.
She has a degree from the University of Cambridge and in 2021 completed the Oxford Cultural Leadership programme.
She is a committed choral musician, is Chair of Coro Chamber Choir and a Trustee of Serious Trust.
