Cath trained as an actor at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama going on to work in theatre, TV and radio.
In 2001 she retrained as a voice coach at Central School of Speech and Drama, gaining an MA Voice Studies. Cath has worked as a voice and text coach at ALRA, Oxford School of Drama, Arts Educational and Questors Theatre. She began working at Mountview in 2006 and in 2012 was appointed Head of Voice. In 2011 Cath coached an acclaimed production of Sweeney Todd at the Theatre de Chatelet in Paris, the first ever French production of this work. Cath also coaches business professionals and has peer reviewed a number of publications on voice-related subjects. Cath is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
