Marco Morbidelli - Joint Head of Singing

Marco is a singing and voice teacher who trained in Italy and the UK, gaining an MA in Voice Studies from Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in 2006 and qualifying as an Estill Mentor and Course Instructor in 2018.

He has worked in a number of drama schools and conservatories in Italy and the UK – including the Bernstein School of Musical Theatre in Bologna, Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, Urdang Academy, and Royal Academy of Music in London – teaching singing, practical voice, text and integration. 

In addition to his role as Joint Head of Singing at Mountview, Marco is a PhD candidate at the University of Sheffield, investigating the vocal challenges of musical theatre students in higher education and their relationship to the concepts of identity and authenticity.
