“If you want something done, ask a busy woman…”

Based on the 2010 film, this raucously funny musical tells the real-life story of a working mother at the Dagenham Ford factory who becomes an unlikely Union leader rallying the sewing machinists strike of 1968 whilst balancing the demands of her family back home.

This amateur production is presented by arrangement with Music Theatre International. All authorised performance materials are also supplied by MTI mtishows.co.uk

This production contains language which may cause offence and themes of discrimination (including sexism, homophobia and racism), loud sound effects and strobe lighting.
