Mountview in Belfast - new Certificate of Higher Education location announced
Mountview is excited to be partnering with the MAC to launch a new Certificate of Higher Education (CertHE) in Musical Theatre for September 2025. Already running in London, Manchester, Exeter, Birmingham and Hertford, and launching in Chelmsford from September 2025, this will be Mountview’s first CertHE location outside England.
Principal Sally Ann Gritton commented:
“I am incredibly excited that we are bringing our world-class professional musical theatre training to Northern Ireland. Opening in Belfast with this full-time Certificate of Higher Education is part of our mission to ensure that our expertise and values are shared nationally and internationally. There is so much incredible talent in Northern Ireland and across the island of Ireland as a whole, we cannot wait to play our part in nurturing these emerging artists. We welcome and encourage everyone to audition!”
A free open audition day for the new CertHE will be held at the MAC on Saturday 21 June. Applicants are invited to email admissions@mountview.org.uk for more information and to book their place.
