My name is Alan, I work as Senior Acting Tutor at Mountview and my pronouns are he/him. I passionately believe that young people must be encouraged and supported to develop in training and am committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for this.

My own lived experiences include navigating discrimination, exploitation and challenges that can arise for a person within the queer community, that have also extended into the creative industry. I am proud of my sexuality and hope to be a model for a younger generation and a representative for those who are experiencing inequality. It is my privilege to be an Equalities Champion for Mountview.
