Using the backdrop of the Troubles, The Weight We Carry explores the roots of generational trauma, manifestations of it and ways to help cope with it.

Conor O’Kane is a producer/dancer/artist originating from Belfast, Ireland. He has worked in various mediums such as theatre and film. Conor is interested in dance and immersive theatre with emphasis on using music and movement to tell the story. Previous credits of his include The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe (2021), Mosh (2024) and In Heat (2024).

Duration: 45 minutes

This production will contain references to trauma, drugs, violence and death.
