All students can open a student bank account, which often includes 0% interest overdrafts and perks like railcards, vouchers, or cashback. Be sure to compare offers carefully and consider online banks too.
Most banks offer online applications but will require original documents like ID, proof of address (your term-time address), and proof of student status. Your Mountview acceptance letter is often enough, or you can request a confirmation letter from Student Services after enrolment.
