This quirky, tense, intriguing one-act by Harold Pinter examines the private intricacies of modern marriage. Richard and Sarah conduct themselves with apparent respectability in the mornings, whilst living out a sequence of erotic rituals in the afternoons. Like any of Pinter’s works, this one-act contains the laughs, tears, and tensions that arise from the social intricacies of modern life.
Kieran (he/him) is a freelance director and theatre maker from the North West, currently based in London. A current masters student at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts, specialising in theatre directing; as well as a graduate of Liverpool John Moores Drama where he won the 2020 Lynda La Plante prize for Outstanding Practice. As a director Kieran aims to incorporate his lived experience as a working class, queer creative to tell authentic and diverse stories. He is also an associate director and young peoples mentor for northern based company Imaginarium Theatre UK.
